We listened to visitor perspectives on their experiences of using the Dudley Urgent Care Centre. We also observed the way staff at the centre worked and interacted with patients.

- 92% of people were satisfied with where they had been directed for treatment.
- We recommend more training for staff in how to communicate with and treat people from marginalised backgrounds.
“When you pull onto the main [Russells Hall Hospital] car park and you are looking for the Dudley Urgent Care Centre, there are no signs to tell you where it is. We followed the arrow towards the [Russells Hall Hospital] Accident and Emergency Department and found other confused patients."
