Summary
After hearing concerns from the community about accessing their GP services, we wanted to delve deeper. As part of our research we conducted Enter & View visits to six GP practices across Dudley borough.
Key outcomes
- We spoke to 117 people.
- We shared our findings with Practice Managers who responded positively to our findings.
- All six practices have committed to making changes in response to feedback from patients.
