Short on time? You can take part in our new micro-volunteering challenge. This challenge is all about turning small actions into big impact.
Helping you make a difference
We know that people lead busy lives, finding the time to volunteer is difficult. Sometimes the thought of making a big commitment is nerve wracking and doesn't work for everyone. We want to give everyone the opportunity to help make a difference in their community.
Our micro-volunteering challenge is a low commitment way for you to support our work to champion the voices of the people living in Dudley borough.
By completing small actions you can encourage more people to share their experiences of using dentists, care homes, mental health services and more. By collecting these experiences we can see what works well and what needs to be improved. We take this information to leaders in the NHS and social care and encourage them to make change to benefit the people of Dudley.
Complete a set of five small challenges and you will be rewarded with:
- A certificate of completion
- A personalised recommendation letter
- £10 voucher to spend in Dudley borough shops
- An invitation to our volunteer appreciation events
What are the challenges?
The bitesize challenges are designed to: raise the profile of Healthwatch Dudley, encourage more people to share their experiences and give feedback on the work we do.
Challenges include:
- Share information on Healthwatch Dudley with your community
- Interact on social media
- Share promotional materials
- Give your feedback on our work
- Test the usability of service websites
